The ACRM course, the first of its kind in Lebanon, offers to participants the opportunity to practice managing anesthetic emergencies using fully immersive drills in a real clinical area. It also improves anesthesiologists’ non-technical skills using ACRM key behaviors principles: anticipation and planning, communication, leadership and assertiveness, use of all available resources, distribution of workload and mobilization of help and re-evaluation of situations.
