Dr. Anwar (Annoir) Shayya is a Hematologist and Medical Oncologist at the Lebanese American University (LAU) Medical Center - Rizk Hospital Achrafieh, and St. John’s Hospital - Jounieh with experience in treating a variety of blood disorders and malignancies. He completed his medical degree at the Lebanese American University in 2015 after which he completed three years of internal medicine and was selected as the Chief Resident in 2018. In 2018, Dr. Shayya started his Hematology and Oncology fellowship at LAU and completed it in 2021. Dr. Shayya is the Problem-Based Learning Coordinator at LAU school of medicine and is interested in gynecologic oncology, palliative care, and bleeding & clotting disorders.
