Early “VICTOR” Tube
Ref. B11

This is a 16” (40 cm) long with a five-inch (12.5 cm) bulb. It dates probably to the first half of the first decade of the 20th century.
It has a regeneration device packed with a whitish fibrous material, probably asbestos, and a rod anode. It also has a light-weight anti-cathode with a bright shiny metal target, possibly platinum.
