Foot Operated Suction Pump

This Japanese suction pump, donated to the collection by the late Dr Sebouh Sisserian, of the Azounieh Sanitarium, looks like in a perfect new condition. It dates back to the sixties or seventies of the 20^th century.

It still carries a small handwritten label that reads, on one side the price “290 Lebanese Pounds” and on the other “Aspirator. Emergency. Foot-operated”.
