Siemens Triode

This antique shaped electronic valve was removed from an old Siemens X-ray control unit dating back to the early fifties of last century. It is of the triode type and was used in the exposure control circuit.

No specifications are available, but this valve could be a gas-filled triode thyratron. Different gases were used in thyratrons, hydrogen being the most common.
