This is a high-intensity long wave-length X-ray (low penetration) therapy tube, with a water-cooled heavy copper grounded anode, Tungsten target and Beryllium window.

There is no manufacturer name, but it is probably Philips. It dates probably to the fifties or sixties of the 20^th century.
