Neurovascular Week 2018

Neurovascular Week 2018

July 22-27, 2018   |   Lebanon

Welcome Letter

It gives me great pleasure to invite you to attend a special Neurovascular Week dedicated to a course in neurovascular anatomy, and a multidisciplinary symposium on the diagnosis and management of neurovascular disorders.

The week will consist of two distinct activities:

  1. An in-depth course on neurovascular anatomy organized and sponsored by the World Federation of Interventional & Therapeutic Neuroradiology (WFITN). The course runs from Sunday, July 22 to Wednesday, July 25, 2018. It will be taught by five renowned international faculty members with extensive knowledge of the subject and wide teaching experience.

  2. An International Symposium on Neurovascular Disorders (ISND) consisting of didactic lectures as well as in-depth discussions dealing with acute ischemic stroke, intracranial aneurysms, cerebral arteriovenous malformations and dural arteriovenous fistulae. A large number of world-renowned experts in the field will run the symposium from Wednesday July 25 to Friday July 27, 2018. This distinguished group of faculty members will share their experience with participants and conduct roundtable discussions on the latest developments and new therapies in the management of neurovascular disorders.

Both events has been granted CME credits by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME): The WFITN Course on Neurovascular Anatomy with 22 European CME credits, and the International Symposium on Neurovascular Disorders with 15 European CME credits.

Both activities will be held at the Grand Hills Hotel and Resort in Broumana, Lebanon, a hill town located less than 10 miles from the capital city of Beirut.

We very much hope you will be able to join us for the Neurovascular Week in Lebanon.
