Pathophysiology and Clinical Presentation: Understand the immunological mechanisms underlying sarcoidosis and recognize its diverse clinical manifestations, including pulmonary and extrapulmonary involvement.

Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis: Develop a systematic approach to diagnosing sarcoidosis using clinical evaluation, imaging (e.g., chest X-ray, CT), laboratory tests, and tissue biopsy while differentiating it from mimicking conditions.

Treatment Strategies: Formulate evidence-based management plans, including indications for corticosteroids, immunosuppressive therapy, and biologics, tailored to disease severity and organ involvement.

Monitoring and Long-Term Management: Implement strategies for monitoring disease progression, managing complications, and addressing patient quality of life, including multidisciplinary care approaches for chronic and refractory cases.
