Table-top Ether Inhaler

Ref. M2

Except for the shape of the body, this inhaler is in every respect structurally and functionally similar to the Ombrédanne ether inhaler which was being made since 1919 by the “Collin Company”, while the present item was made, under licence, by “Drapier et Fils”, manufacturers of medical equipment since 1929. A removable rubber cover could be adapted to the inhaler mask. (Some red rubber traces are still visible near the edge of the mask).

This inhaler comes from Rizk Hospital, and probably dates to the thirties.
