Disclosure to Learners

All planners and faculty disclosed their relevant financial relationships with ineligible companies. No relevant financial relationships were identified, except for the following: Dr. Sola Aoun Bahous, who disclosed a relevant financial relationship with Lesaffre as an Advisory Board Member; Dr. Emile Mehanna, who disclosed a relevant financial relationship with Boston Scientific for compensation received for services related to medical affairs and medical education and Dr. Wassim Shatila, who disclosed relevant financial relationships with Medtronic as a Proctor and with Boston Scientific as a Consultant. The identified relevant financial relationships were reviewed, and the associated conflicts of interest were mitigated prior to the individuals’ participation in the activity, in accordance with the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence.
