Clinical Research in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery & Traumatology
The Department of Orthopedic Surgery is highly active in clinical and basic research with an average output of 12 published papers per year. All our publications are peer-reviewed and published in high impact factor journals indexed in PubMed. Our team is specialized in both primary and secondary research.
As per the AD Scientific Index 2023, we are ranked 1st in Lebanon and 1st in the Middle East region in Orthopedic Surgery research.
Ranked among Top 2% scientists in the world according to Stanford University Ranking 2023.
ExpertScape 2024 ranked our team in the 22nd position in the world (among more than 22000 authors) in the field of diabetic foot disease.
